Jennifer Valentino is a highly accomplished professional who serves as Chief Operating Officer at Argo Construction & Development, where she has spent 15 years building deep expertise across the organization. She is responsible for overseeing all facets of the company’s operations, ensuring that every aspect aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Jennifer excels in negotiations, budgeting, and purchasing, bringing a strategic and analytical approach to optimize operational processes. She possesses a keen eye for identifying cost-saving opportunities and streamlining workflows, driving overall efficiency and maximizing resources.

Her collaborative nature shines as she works closely with the Director of Sales, developing and implementing long-term operational strategies. By aligning operations with sales objectives, she plays a crucial role in facilitating the company’s growth trajectory and achieving sustainable success.

Known for her innovative thinking, Jennifer consistently keeps abreast of industry trends and best practices. She actively explores new methodologies and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness, keeping Argo Development at the forefront of industry advancements.

As a leader, Jennifer’s exceptional skills extend beyond her professional role. Vitaliy Chabanyuk is our in-house, high-end custom carpenter and fabricator. He is responsible for all the finishing touches that make a house a home, including custom moldings, cabinetry, and finishes.

Vitaliy came to the US in 1999, with no knowledge of English and no promising career options. With grit and determination, he learned the language and mastered the art of carpentry. Today, he lives in Rockland County with his wife and four children. He is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, and English.

Desiree Ruiz serves as Financial Controller at Argo Construction & Development, managing the company’s financial transactions and records with a strong command of accounting principles, bookkeeping software, and financial reporting tools.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Management with CPA Preparation, backed by 10 years of experience in Operations Management and 7 years in Accounting and Finance.

Exceedingly detail-oriented and organized, Desiree brings a disciplined, analytical approach to every aspect of her work, from reconciling accounts to preparing financial statements. She works independently and collaboratively with equal ease, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the company’s financial records.

Her ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights makes her a valuable resource for leadership decision-making. Desiree’s blend of technical expertise, precision, and reliability makes her an essential contributor to the financial health and continued success of Argo.

Gina Foti serves as Project Administrator/Expeditor at Argo Construction & Development, keeping projects on schedule by coordinating submittals, permits, purchase orders, and change orders across subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, Gina bridges the gap between office and field, tracking contract compliance, resolving punch list items, and following up on outstanding approvals before they become delays.
Known for clear communication and strong follow-through, Gina keeps stakeholders aligned across multiple active job sites, ensuring projects move forward smoothly from start to finish.

Keso Sulakvelidze serves as Bookkeeper at Argo Construction & Development, managing the company’s day-to-day financial records with accuracy and care, from accounts payable and receivable to invoicing and expense tracking.
With a keen attention to detail, Keso ensures that financial data stays organized and up to date, supporting smooth operations across the company’s active projects. This reliable handling of the books gives leadership clear visibility into cash flow and project costs.

Rezo Gventsadze serves as Site Supervisor at Argo Construction & Development, overseeing day-to-day operations at active job sites to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of quality.

In this role, Rezo coordinates closely with subcontractors, tradespeople, and the broader project team to keep construction activities on schedule and aligned with project plans. He maintains a hands-on presence on site, monitoring progress, identifying issues early, and resolving them before they impact timelines.

Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Rezo ensures that site conditions, safety standards, and workmanship consistently meet company expectations. His ability to manage multiple moving parts on the ground makes him a critical link between field operations and project management, helping drive projects toward successful, on-time completion.
