Jennifer Valentino

Director of Operations

Gil DeNovaes

Director of Sales and Marketing

Gil DeNovaes is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with over 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. As the Director of Sales and Marketing at Argo, Gil is responsible for leading the sales team and providing clients with a one-stop solution from initial inquiry all the way through to closing.

Gil has extensive knowledge of the home buying process and is committed to helping clients navigate the complex world of real estate. He is passionate about working with clients to find their dream home and has a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service. He has a deep understanding of the real estate industry, including the financial and legal aspects of property transactions. He has used this knowledge to help clients navigate the complex world of real estate and find the perfect home for their needs.

Gil also holds a key role with managing the entire marketing of Argo. Gil also creates comprehensive marketing plans that drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Gil holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management where he gained a deep understanding of the principles of business operations and strategy. He is fluent in English & Portuguese.

Dmytro Chornobryvets


Dmytro Chornobryvets is a renowned architect whose portfolio includes high-rise hotel towers, large gaming facilities, and multi-story parking buildings. Dmytro’s company, DCA Architecture and Design is known for its innovative designs, attention to detail, and expert project coordination. Argo Development is fortunate to have Dmytro serving as our in-house architect, because he leaves his unique, hallmark print on each project.

Dmytro possesses a strong educational background. He attended university for four years in Ukraine before coming to the US in 1997 at the age of 25. He graduated from the NY Institute of Technology with vast knowledge of design development, project administration, and construction document filings.

Vitaliy Chabanyuk

Project Manager

Vitaliy Chabanyuk is our in-house, high-end custom carpenter and fabricator. He is responsible for all the finishing touches that make a house a home, including custom moldings, cabinetry, and finishes.

Vitaliy came to the US in 1999, with no knowledge of English and no promising career options. With grit and determination, he learned the language and mastered the art of carpentry. Today, he lives in Rockland County with his wife and four children. He is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, and English.

Jessica Pearl

Expeditor / Customer Service Specialist

Jessica Pearl is an invaluable member of our team, serving as the linchpin for all aspects of expediting and approvals for our construction projects. Her exceptional skills, dedication, and strong commitment to customer satisfaction make her an essential asset to our organization.

As our Expediter and Customer Service Specialist, Jessica seamlessly orchestrates and facilitates the intricate world of expediting and approvals in the construction industry. Her expertise in this field ensures that every project navigates smoothly through the complex regulatory landscape, meeting critical timelines and compliance requirements.

Jessica takes charge of obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for our construction projects. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that our projects proceed without hindrance, adhering to the strictest legal and regulatory standards.

Jessica is not just an expeditor; she is also our main point of contact for all customer service-related calls and issues. Her dedication to ensuring our customers' complete satisfaction is unmatched. She is always ready to listen to their concerns, answer questions, and provide solutions promptly.

Financial Controller

Desiree is responsible for managing the financial transactions and records of the company. She has a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices as well as experience with bookkeeping software and financial reporting tools. She is an essential member of the accounting team and her expertise is crucial to the financial health and success of the business.
Desiree holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and a Master's Degree in Accounting and Financial Management with CPA Preparation. She has 10 years experience in Operations Management and 4 years experience in Accounting and Finance. Desiree is exceedingly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
