Our Process

Luxury Home Building Made Enjoyable.

At Argo, we believe that the journey should be just as exciting as the result. We’ve broken it up into clear, straightforward steps to make the luxury home-building process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

01
Meet & Dream

Your journey starts with
a consultation where we get clear on your vision, needs, preferences, and inspiration.
Let your imagination run free, sharing your ideas with your home-building agent!

02
Evaluation & Design

Our luxury home building experts will conduct a thorough evaluation of your ideal site while our architects and designers are hard at work turning your dream home vision board into a custom luxury home building design.

03
Review & Red Tape

This is where you get to review the initial design, and we’ll make any necessary changes based on your feedback. Once the design is finalized,
we handle the permits and regulatory fine print.

04
Breaking Ground

With permits in hand, our construction team gets to work on building your new luxury home, providing you with regular updates throughout, with the option to visit the site at various phases.

05
Make it Your Own

Our interior design team works with you to select finishes, fixtures, and features that reflect your style and provide functionality. From flooring to paint colors, this is your chance to make your house a home.

06
Meet Your New Home

Before signing it off, you’ll
get the chance to do a final inspection and walkthrough
to ensure that everything is exactly as you pictured
it and nothing less.

07
Ready, Set, Luxury

This is the moment you’ve been waiting for! Once everything
is approved, we hand over the keys to your new home, but our relationship doesn’t end there — we provide aftercare services to address any questions
or needs that come up, even
after move-in.
